In its work with clients in web configuration, e-business, e-tailing and logistics, we were continually dealing with telecommunications as all these applications need it. In logistics it is for track and trace for both the sending company and the end user. In web based applications they are needed not only for the applications but also for help lines set up by the companies to enable customers to ring.

Visology decided to look more closely at the area of telecommunications and as a result have now negotiated lower telephone charge rates under the scheme introduced by OFTEL to aid competition.
