We will interview all of your key personnel to see how they perceive your current standpoint. We may even speak to some of your key customers to see what they think of your services to them. From this we will draw up an operational analysis of your business and see where your current energies are focused and what the returns are on those efforts.

Time Scales

The time for this stage of the excercise will depend upon your company size, structure and staff availability. Typically 2-5 working days will be spent on site with you gathering the required data.

Final Reporting

We will then produce a detailed report of our findings together with prioritised recommendations for any improvements.
