Reduction in Training Costs

In it's simplest form interactive learning can reduce costs on the simple basis that basic and elementary parts of any training course can be undertaken, by the student, without the need for them to cover these in a formal training environment, for example in the classroom.

Therefore the cost reduction here is classroom time, tutor time, travelling expenses and/or possibly overnight accommodation.

Once the basics have been covered interactively and the student has undergone the formal classroom training then costs can be further reduced by keeping the student updated with latest developments. Again this has the cost reductions detailed above.

It should also be noted that in most training scenario's the basic and elementary sections of any topic do not tend to change too radically, if at all. Therefore it can be seen that the initial cost of producing the package can be defrayed over many students, especially if the training is to be used for new entrants into a specific company type.

Interactive Training can be Internet, Intranet or CD based. The Internet and Intranet are the most cost effective as any changes can be made and instantly up loaded.
