The Training

With interactive learning the student prior to attending the formal training can undertake the basics of any course. A normal classroom based 5 day course can be reduced to approximately 3 days, with the intoduction of interactive learning, for the knowledge element of the course. The remaining two days in a formal training environment can then concentrate on acquiring the necessary skills.

The students

The students would undertake interactive learning prior to joining a course. Once this has been completed, a test will be carried out and the results sent electronically to the course organisers. This would indicate whether the student has understood sufficiently the basics/elementary concepts prior to attending the course. If it is clear that they have not, then decisions can be made on whether the student is ready for more in depth/higher level courses, or requires further coaching. This could be especially useful for over subscribed courses, where this system would act as a selection process.

Interactive learning can also be used to vet students wanting to undertake a course or develop further in any given topic. Interactive learning can be used to "top up" the formal training and again using the electronic test the student could be judged as keeping up with emerging trends within an industry sector.

The Interactive learning concept would be ideal for the introduction of new services/products. Instead of expensive paper based documents, the CD would act both as a training package, a test of understanding and associated with this could be presentations in any format.

All training solutions can be deilivered directly from our own internet servers, CDrom or they can be installed on your own internal networks. With CDrom there are considerable savings to be made over traditional printed media together with the benefits of the student interaction. Further cost savings can be obtained with internal network instalations and greater still by using our own internet servers as this systems requires nothing more than a username and password and removes any risk to your network.
